Instructions
  1. 1. Blend the frozen banana chunks with the water or milk.
  2. 2. Add all other ingredients and blend. Add more water/milk if necessary.
  3. ***More kale can be used instead of some of the cherries if you prefer. The total amount of cherries and kale should be a little over 1 cup.
Recipe Notes

This smoothie is positively delicious!  I used to make it with only 1/2 a scoop of protein powder, and no kale, which my brother and I LOVED!  Now I add 3 “ice cubes” of frozen kale and use the full scoop of protein powder for an extra health boost, which is still a yummy way to start the day… I’m just not sure if this version would pass with my brother! 😉
