2. (If your ice cube tray has calcium deposits on the bottom, try letting it soak with vinegar for about 15 minutes, then scrubbing it. Wash it really well to eliminate any vinegar flavour and then dry it.)
3. Use a spoon to fill the ice cube tray with plain greek yogurt. ***Any other flavour would work as well; use the flavour that you’re most likely to add to a smoothie or breakfast bowl, eat as a snack, or use in baking.
4. Freeze the yogurt in the ice cube tray until it is solid. (About 5 hours?) Once the cubes are hard, twist the tray to release the cubes, and store them in a bag in your freezer.
5. Voila!!! Enjoy your yogurt cubes! Stock up on your favourite flavour of yogurt when it’s on sale and freeze it for months! Enjoy the cubes in smoothies for added thickness, thaw in the microwave to use in recipes, or enjoy plain! 🙂
